We are doing the best we can to continue to provide excellent care while trying to accommodate as many people as possible. This along with being short staffed has caused our schedule to fill up very quickly. The pandemic has caused a significant increase in demand for veterinary care. Like many other companies during these difficult times, we have been dealing with an overbooked schedule and short staffing concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience or stress this causes any of you. For that reason we will be discontinuing our after hours emergency care effective December 12th. We wish that we could be available to provide care at all hours but our staff’s mental and physical health is also important.
This decision was not made lightly as we all entered this field because we care about everyone's pets' health. It has been a very difficult decision to make but in order to continue to provide quality care during the day we will no longer be able to provide after hours emergency care.
